20North Credits can be purchased for any value between Rs.500 to Rs.5000. The value of the credit is equal to the money used to purchase it. This credit is stored in your 20North Credits Account and can be used anytime to purchase anything. If during a purchase, you fall short of credits, other modes of payment (eg. credit card) can be used to complete the purchase.

This email has to be sent from the email-id that is registered as a username on 20North. This 20North Username will be credited with 20North Credits. The value of the 20North Credits will be equal to the amount deposited by you.

You will receive your 20North Credits after your cheque or DD is cleared, this usually takes 3 to 4 working days.

Redemption

20North Credits can be redeemed on www.20north.com only.

Purchases are deducted from the 20North Credits balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's 20North Credits account. If an order exceeds the amount of the 20North Credits, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available modes of payment. To view 20North Credits balances, visit "My Account" on 20North.com.

Limitations

20North Credits cannot be used to purchase other 20North Credits.

20North Credits cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused 20North Credits in a user account may not be transferred.

20North Credits can only be purchased in Rupees (INR).

A users 20North Credits account cannot have in excess of 20,000 Credits (Rs.20,000)

Our Policies

20North Credits and their use on the Marketplace Providers Web site are subject to Marketplace Providers general Terms and Conditions.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for 20North Credits pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if 20North Credits are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Fraud

Marketplace Providers will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if fraudulently obtained 20North Credits is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the Marketplace Providers website.
