Delivery Schedule

You can track your orders at My Orders. The various stages of your Order are as follows:

Order Received:A mail with details, if items ordered and amount paid. In case you placed an incorrect order you may, within 24 hours, cancel your order for a 2.5% charge.

Order Confirmed:Sent upon receipt and verification of your product in our US warehouse

International Transit: Sent upon dispatch of your product from US to India

Local Transit:

Sends post customs clearance in India and handover to local courier for final delivery At each of the above stages you will receive an E-mail and an SMS updating you of the current status of your order.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are delivered in 5-15 business days based on the product and the delivery zip-code in India

Why does the estimated delivery time vary so much?

a) We source our products from all over the world and if your order is being sourced internationally it will take longer
b) Delivery outside these Pin Codes in India takes longer Order Tracking
