Custom Orders

Find any product on any US website and we will get it for you with a service charge of just 15%!

Fill up the Custom Order Form by accessing the link “Place A Custom Order” visible in the header and follow the simple instructions to complete your order.

What is a "Custom Order"?

If you do not find a product you are looking for on 20North, but find it on another US website, let us know and we will get it for you!

How do I place a Special Order?

  • Simply click on the "Place a Custom Order" link in the header and fill up the required information
  • Click on "Get An Estimate"
  • Once you are happy with the "Estimated Price", simply “Add to Cart” and complete your purchase.

Please note:

Your Custom Order purchase will be automatically cancelled if there is a difference between the price, weight or shipping costs you entered and the actual price, weight or shipping costs on the other website.

Your Custom Order purchase may be cancelled if the item you have ordered goes out-of-stock at the other US website before your order is placed by 20North.

Once confirmed by 20North, Custom Orders cannot be cancelled or returned by you.

Can I choose products from any website in the USA?

Yes, you can send us a Custom Order request for any product that is available on any reputed US website. Please avoid placing requests for products from individual sellers or websites with questionable credentials.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The website should also be able to accept payments/orders using Paypal or American Express (Amex) Card. We are unable to fulfill Custom Orders using any other payment method.

Can I buy from Ebay USA?

Yes, but we do not accept purchase requests for products from individual sellers or websites with questionable credentials. Also we accept Custom Orders only for products that are in "Buy Now" state as we do not bid for products.

If I find a product that is available on 20North but available much cheaper elsewhere, can I place a "Custom Order" request for the same?

Yes, you can request such a Custom Order but please be aware that additional costs will be added to the base price of this product (customs duty, handling charges, shipping etc). The addition of these costs may result in the "Custom Order" product being priced similar or higher to that available on 20North.

Are there any extra charges applicable for the Custom Order service?

The price of a "Custom Order" product made available on 20North is calculated as follows:

Cost on other website + 15% (20North Service Charge) + Duty + Shipping costs (as per other website + International shipping)

What do I do if my "Custom Order” product is defective or damaged?

Custom Orders cannot be Cancelled or Returned as per our Return and Refund Policy. You can however; reject the delivery if you suspect the item was damaged in transit.

I had previously requested for a product as a "Custom Order". I am unable to locate it on 20North using the search bar. Why?

All Custom Order products are accessible only on the link sent to you by email. These products cannot be searched for, as they are added on demand. If necessary, you can at anytime send a request to customersupport@20north.com and we will re-send the Custom Order link to you.

What is the 20North delivery guarantee for a Custom Order?

We offer 20north delivery guarantee for Custom Orders also. However, this will be applicable only after the product reaches our US Warehouse.
